WHAT DOES MADE-TO-ORDER MEAN?
As soon as you make your purchase, we begin the process of making your dress in the style, color and size you ordered. Because each dress is made especially for you, it will ship in 12 weeks.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD SIZES?
We currently offer sizes 2-24 in our wedding dress styles. Please check our size guide to ensure your perfect fit. Our Customer Experience Team is always happy to assist you with sizing inquiries!
SHOULD I ORDER MY USUAL DRESS SIZE?
The best way to find your ideal Dear Cleo fit is to measure yourself and compare these measurements to our size guide. Sizes vary between different brands in ready-to-wear dresses. We encourage you to use our measuring tips. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
WILL I NEED ALTERATIONS?
Dear Cleo designers and manufacturers have decades of dressmaking experience and we pride ourselves on our superior fit. No two bodies are the same, however, so it is possible your dress may need a little tweak. Any necessary alterations will need to be completed after delivery as we are unable to make any custom changes to our styles.
DO I NEED A BRA WITH MY DRESS?
Our wedding dresses have built in built-in cups for your comfort.
HOW CAN I SEE THE FABRIC SWATCHES?
Our wedding collection includes 14 swatch options that you can order for $5 each with free shipping (your first swatch is free when you order two or more). The Avalon and Eva styles are available in two colorways with fabric swatches available for both.
WHAT FABRICS ARE AVAILABLE?
Dear Cleo, Love offers wedding dresses in beautiful chiffon, satin, lace, tulle, mikado, luxe crepe, and stretch crepe fabrics.
CAN I ADD WEDDING AND BRIDESMAID DRESSES TO THE SAME SHOWROOM?
Yes, you and your bridal party can shop both collections together in the showroom to plan your perfect day.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WEDDING DRESS AFTER RECEIVING IT?
When you receive your dress, carefully hang it to release any wrinkles. Be sure to use the straps on the inner part of the dress to distribute the weight of the dress evenly. Store it in a breathable garment bag to keep it pristine for the big day. As it gets closer to the big day, you may gently steam the dress on low heat to remove any creases. After your wedding day, you may have the dress professionally cleaned or preserved.
