WHEN SHOULD I START THE TRY ON PROCESS?
If you’d like to use our Try-At-Home program before making your made-to-order dress purchase, we suggest starting the process at least 4 months in advance of the wedding date.
HOW DOES YOUR BRIDESMAID TRY ON PROGRAM WORK?
Through our bridesmaid Try-At-Home program, you may order up to 5 bridesmaid dresses to try on for $10 each with free shipping and returns. We offer 3-day expedited shipping for our Try-At-Home Program for $25-50 depending on the number of dresses ordered.
HOW DO I TRY ON DRESSES?
You can order up to 5 bridesmaid dresses to try on for $10 each by going to our Try At Home page. You will then see the styles and colors available in your size. If you don't see the bridesmaid color options you want, we recommend adding fabric swatches to your order - get as many you'd like for $2 each. Your first swatch is free with an order of 2 or more swatches.
How long does it take to receive Try On dresses?
Your Try On dresses will generally arrive within 10 business days from the day you place your order. We also offer three-day shipping for $25-50.
How many bridesmaid Try On dresses can I order at one time?
You may order up to 5 Try On dresses per order for $10 each.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY TRY ON DRESSES?
You’ll have 5 days to consider your choices from the day they arrive before returning the Try On dresses to us. Dresses should be postmarked within the 5-day period to avoid being charged the full retail price.
What if I need longer than 5 days to consider the Try On dresses?

Will my Try On dress purchase go toward my final dress order?
Our Try At Home program is designed to help you select the best style and fit before making a made-to-order dress purchase. The Try On purchase does not go toward the final order.
Is every dress style available to try on in every size and color?
We hold a vast assortment of Try On dresses in a variety of styles, colors, and sizes but not every combination is available for try on. If the combination you want is not available, our Customer Experience Team can help you find the best alternative. WHAT IF THE TRY ON DRESS I WANT ISN’T AVAILABLE?
We’ve received a very positive response to our Try-at-Home program. We’re continually expanding our Try On dress inventory. If the dress you’d like isn’t available to try on at the moment, you’ll see a “Notify Me” message. By signing up to be notified, you’ll receive an email alert as soon as your desired style is available again. We appreciate your patience as we work hard to meet the demand for Try On dresses.
May I remove the tags from the Try On dresses?
Please do not remove the tags on our Try On dresses. If Try On dresses are returned without the tags, the full retail price may be charged.
If I like a Try On dress can I keep it?
Dear Cleo Try On dresses are used solely for the Try-At-Home program. We only sell made-to-order dresses. This allows us to maintain color consistency within each bridal party and ensures that you receive a dress of impeccable quality.
