BUST
Measure around the fullest part of your bust with your arms relaxed at your sides. Keep in the measuring tape straight and parallel to the floor. Wear your regular bra to get an accurate measurement.
WAIST
Find your natural waist, which is the narrowest part of your abdomen and usually one inch above the belly button. Keep the tape slightly loose when you measure for breathing room.
HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, making sure the tape is parallel to the floor.
